    How do I create an account?

    There are 2 types of accounts which you can register for on OneFayre.

    If you just want to browse and save products, you can join as a member.
    If you would like to list your products for sale on OneFayre, then you’ll need a seller’s account. We have an account with just the showcase, and one with your own online store.

    You can register to any of these accounts in our Join page.

    How is payment and shipping handled?

    OneFayre isn’t like a normal marketplace, serving as the ‘middle man’ in a transaction between buyers and sellers. Instead, we’re a showcase, like an online catalogue where buyers and sellers can meet to trade.

    For this reason, OneFayre doesn’t get involved with any payments or shipping/postage matters between buyers and sellers.

    If you’re have any questions about payments and postage, we encourage you to contact the seller to discuss with them.

    Can I request custom or personalized orders?

    Many sellers on OneFayre offer customised products. Visit the product post for more information, however, if in doubt, we recommend contacting the seller to verify if they’re able to customise your chosen product.

    Is there a return or refund policy for purchases?

    All maters relating to product policy are the responsibility of sellers, and OneFayre does not have any bearing on sellers policies. Sellers are required to be transparent with their policies, so that buyers are able to make informed decisions.

    I want to post a product, but you don’t have a category for it.

    OneFayre is a living and evolving network and community, so you may find some things still missing. If there’s a category you feel we’ve missed out, and the product can’t reasonably fit within an existing category, please contact us and we’ll be happy to add it to our catalogue.

    I have an IP complaint to make. Who do I contact?

    If you believe there is an IP infringement on OneFayre, please report the item by using the “Report issue” on the bottom of every product page. We will then investigate and take action as necessary.

    If a product is infringing on your copyright, please make sure you include an active email address for us to be able to contact you.
